TECO Electro Devices is committed to sustainable procurement and adheres strictly to the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct.

We define conflict minerals as 3TG (Tantalum, Tin, Tungsten, Gold), Cobalt, and Mica sourced from conflict-affected or high-risk areas, including those traded illegally or controlled by non-governmental armed groups or illicit military factions.

We procure materials only from environmentally and socially responsible suppliers and strictly require that no conflict minerals are used in products supplied to TECO Electro Devices.

Supplier Requirements:

  • If any conflict minerals are found in the products supplied to TECO Electro Devices, the supplier must immediately implement alternative sourcing and corrective actions as required by us.
  • The supplier’s qualified vendor status will be revoked and only reinstated upon confirmation of corrective actions and completion of a re-evaluation process.
  • Any materials involving conflict minerals will be treated as nonconforming materials.

Suppliers are required to perform commercially reasonable due diligence throughout their supply chain to ensure that the metals used in the products supplied to TECO Electro Devices do not originate from conflict-affected sources.

If there is any change in smelters or refiners information related to conflict minerals (including addition or removal), such changes shall be regarded as major change management, and advance notification must be provided to TECO Electro Devices .
